Good Evening! I need a little assistance before I start going down the path. When the ignition is turned on, the tach should power up normally, and then it should reset itself to actual rpms. In my case, it powers up normally, then resets itself to read "00" rpms. Could this be a sign of a corroded connection, faulty tach filter, or an issue with the tach itself? Any ideas, or recomendations to determine the exact root cause and corrective action?
