62 wire harness clips under deck lid-finish?

Inside the deck lid there are 3 wire clips. The 2 near the front are screwed in with Philips head screws, and the one closest to the trunk is riveted.

My questions are:
1. Were these clamps in place prior to painting? When I removed the 2 that were screwed in, it did not appear to be painted underneath the clamps.

2. What is the finish of these clamps and should there be body paint on them?

3. Should all 3 clips be riveted in, or are mine correct with 2 being screwed in. It is unclear to me in the AIM section 12, sheet 15.

Were your clips painted body color/overspray? (i.e. installed before painting)

Cips were attached to the body before painting. They were bent over a little and you have paint on the middle of the clip and not on the base or end tip. The painter just leaned in and gave a few shots I would guess.
