Aluminum paint or bare aluminum?

Can anyone tell me if aluminum paint was used on 461 intake manifolds in 1964? Thanks

Fred - lots of aluminum paint was used on the L76/L84 intake area including the head valley, & thermo housing. You will also need to add a little overspray in spots. There should be some pictures of that treatment in past posts.
