1979 Seat Belt Tag Number(s)

Hi All,

HAPPY NEW YEAR

I have found a Person they can make me new Seat Belt Tags.

I have a Oyster interior, the Belts are in good Condition just the Date Tags are Missing

What for GM Numbers have these Tags,are these Numbers Color Specific.

I have a Pic with Black Belts RH and You can see "GM 468130" the LH is "GM 468129" (No pic for LH)

The Doeskin Belt (i have just found this Number ) is "GM 468131"

What are the Numbers on Oyster Belt Tags ???

Is anywhere here they have a 79 with Oyster Interior to tell me the Numbers Please ??

Yes, each color and right side or left will have a unique part number. So Oyster will have two GM part numbers.

Also consider 1978 Oyster belt numbers which were common in 78. I believe you'll find those part numbers carried over into 1979, in fact checking interior codes, they were the same for both years. I looked for a set of photos for black belts to check the numbers but couldn't locate them but the six digit sequence seems in line with the 1978 year. I'll look some more.

The difference will be the date code. Even the belt model number will be the same (C 75) for both 78 and 79.

Ok, I believe these are the numbers you're looking for but I would confirm.

This is a photo from Carlisle and I took it along with a photo of a trim tag with interior color code 122: oyster leather.

Yeah...I caught that too. May be a bubba repair. At the time, I wanted to capture the tag part numbers...They may have been on a vendors table since I was able to place the left and right next to each other.
