1960 c-1 mufflers

I have a need to replace both mufflers on my 1960 vet.
Are there special mufflers required to be in scope for
ncrs judging or can you recommend what is rifgt for this
283 with 2-4'S.

Here is what I ordered from CC for my 1960 245HP (2 X 4)

Qty: 1, #321556 Description: EXH SYS-LO-PERF(WELD OVAL MUFF)

I did quite a bit of research on this before I made the order and expect it to do well for NCRS judging.

This was for the complete exhaust system. If you want the mufflers only it would be #321354, Description: WELDED OVAL MUFF

Seems to me that it depends on what motor you have in the car. The base motors used oval mufflers but the HP motors had round off road mufflers. I just bought the entire system for my 340hp car from Paragon and they give me a NCRS 10% discount on most all my purchases. I used the Paragon # 5672K aluminized system and paid only $337.50 plus $45 shipping for it. Pricing it out other places it was around $400 plus shipping. The base motor system is around $297 with oval mufflers.

I believe that hydraulic lifter cars used oval mufflers, solid lifter cars used round mufflers.
Some of us who prefer the sound of the round muffler use them on our hydraulic lifter cars.
