I'm restoring a 67 L68 and I was told that the two bolts I bought for the air filter base ( shouldered indented with 3 radial grade 5 lines around the letters LF ) belong on 68 and 69s. The 67 should have FP on them. Does anyone know from a known original 67 set which is correct? And how would LF bolts on 67 be judged? I would also like to thank all the members for all the information in these discussion boards which has helped me restore this car. WHAT A GREAT TOOL...

Mark,
you'll get 5 answers with 5 different opinions.
FP would be my first choice for 67 but LF is also correct. FP's have been known to go for 1000 to 1500 a pair. As far as how they would judge that depends on whos judging your car.
