1969 Change date for Muncie maincase cast 3925660 to ..661

I've noticed that late production '69 cars (Corvettes and Camaros, for instance) use the '661' case [although I haven't taken note on whether the drain plug is present]. Am curious as to whether the '69 TIM&JG discusses this.

Pic attached is an M20, late '69 (by the VIN) Norwood Camaro P9R23A assembly (Oct 23rd), claimed '661'. And there's another one, currently on eBay, from '69 Corvette # 19S735638, assembled P9R13B. Others I've seen, early in the month of October, are '660's, supposedly without the drain plug.

We (CRG) have documented many late '69 Camaros with 661 main cases ('69 Camaro production ran into early November).
