As seen in the attached photos my dolly consists of 4 Harbor Freight furniture dollies (2 small and 2 regular size), 6 plastic file folder containers from Target, 12 half inch screws and some carpet scraps. Total cost was about $78.

    Troy,
Cheap is Cheap---"BUT", Functional is the "Purpose".
Looking at your Dolly. I assume that it will never be moved very far.
Garage to Driveway and back to Garage.

Mark made his Dolly for: Body Support, Transporting to places to have
it worked on, and his Body isn't going to shift if hitting a obstacle while
    moving it.

I used a partial Dolly (given to me) for my "55". We transferred the Body
to it and then I added Front, Back and Cross Supports to it. I was supprised how much my Body Sagged in the little time it took to install
all the Supports. Body's have to be Supported Correctly to Prevent
Sagging. Makes life easier after getting it back on the Frame.
    (Body Work Wise"!

Your's might be great for not moving far, but, it doesn't look Supportive enough to keep out Body Sag.

Good Luck to You and Mark.

    Karl.

I like Mark's for the overall use of it.

I decided to do my own version because I wanted a dolly that was easy to build (2-3 hours), quite strong, would allow safe transport to the body shop and I could disassemble it easily (about 20 minutes) and store it under my house when I am not using it.

This dolly cost me about $125, excluding the casters. I was accidently sent 2 sets of casters when I got my 4-post lift so I used one of them for my dolly. These casters are total overkill but work well. It is real easy to push the body around.

The nose and tail supports are fully adjustable.

      Mark,
      Thumbs Up! Really looks Great!

      Karl.

Thanks Karl. So far it is working well. I get so much from the TDB and seldom get to give much back.
