62 Kick panel windlace installtion

I'm having trouble visualize what happens at the upper termination of the Kick panel windlace. Does it just stop at the end of the panel ?
What about the lower end of the lace, does it goes under the still plate ? One picture say more than a word, Thank you

Look at page 19 of the Judging Manual. Then look at the sill plate.

Berndt,
At the top it gets put under the dash end cap and that holds it in place.
At the bottom it goes under the front end of the sill plate.
