    1960 powerglide transmission

    How many times does it shift?
    is it a 2 speed or 3 speed?
    car has a 283 with 2-4's.

      shifts from low to high. its a two speed PG.mike

          60 powerglides are 2 speed. I wish they did have another gear. 3000 rpm at freeway speeds is a bit much.
