Tom, not sure where Punxsutawney,PA is compared to Philadelphia. I had some hardware zinc plated done at BFG Manufacturing

I used North Penn Plating, 40 West Park Ave, Sellersville, PA (215-257-4945 - www.npplating.com) for a variety of nuts and bolts. Results were okay, but that may have had more to do with me not cleaning things as well as I should have. It was a while ago, but as I recall, they have a minimum price that they charge up to a certain weight, then by the pound after that.
You may also want to contact Don at DGM plating, 8301 Torresdale Ave, Philadelphia 19136, 215-331-0960 (next to Holmsburg Prison). I'm not sure if he does zinc, but he may be able to refer you to someone local. He did my chrome and referred me to a powder coater for my frame.
