If your top tank has the five ribs (most do), the position is dicated by the shortened 3rd rib; the aluminum label goes into that unribbed area located +/= 7/16" from the 2nd and 4th ribs, with the stamped date on the label closest to the windshield. The original I have on hand is a 60A.
Pictures I have of the unribbed tank show the emblem in relatively the same location.

Loren, I believe the OP is referring to the anti-freeze warning sticker.

So do I. And according to the blueprint for #3147516, the language on the aluminum plate is: "Use only anti-freezes and other additives specifically recommended by their manufacturers for use with aluminum.
See owner's manual for service information.".
On the blueprint for #3151116, the same language is repeated.
It is interesting to note that on both blueprints, the dating scheme is called out as "B-60" and "B-61", contrary to the "60-A" that was utilized.

Not the aluminum plate, the gum backed paper sticker.
