on a 67 435 car with a JE block, why does the protecto plate have a JE-H? what does the H mean?

"H" on protect-o-plate means equipped with Holley Carb. All other codes (ie. Carter, Rochester [depending on model year] are imprinted per instructions found on sheet UPC 14 Sheet C10 of the AIM (at least in '65).
