'57 Windshield Washer unit

Can someone lead me to a decent picture/drawing of the rectangular raised bar 4 1/6" long x 1/2" wide on the red lid of the windshield washer unit - all of the supposed NOS ones that I have found do not have any bar? Better yet a source for this item!

I attached a picture of the windshield washer unit from my 57 5 star bowtie car. This should answer your question.

My 57 washer top has the same bar in Daves picture but it is very weak and sort of hard to see, burt it is there.
