    70 front clip and paint

I'm working with a bodyshop installing a front clip. We have the clip close to fitting properly but I'm not sure if we should paint the body while bolted to the frame or should we pull the body off the frame after the front clip is bonded to paint. Any thoughts?
Also, Iam assuming the upper rubber seals on the finder skirts should be installed before installing.
If we pull the body off the frame to paint, should I then install the complete drive train, exhaust, wiring, vacuum hoses, etc... Before we reinstall the body after paint.

The seals are installed before assembly. No other way to install the staples. It is good to build the body on the frame. Beyond that it shouldn't matter much when you paint it. The factory painted the body off and then installed it on a very complete rolling chassis with engine and all installed.
