67 Tire question: Original W/W replaced with B/W

If my original tires were Goodyear Power Cushion WHITE WALLS and I replaced them with Goodyear current day service replacement radial BLACK WALL tires would the deduction be 60% or would I lose addition points for black wall vs. white wall?

With one exception, there's no way to tell in Flight judging what sidewall treatment a C2 left St. Louis with, so the only originality deduction will be for radial tires in an OE brand.

That one exception is 1963. If equipped with the base rayon blackwall or optional nylon blackwall (P92) the wheels were painted body color.

Now, if your '63 is Tuxedo black...
