correct configuration 60 1102173 generator

I came across a 1102173 generator--I'm not sure what the front and rear end plates should be. Aluminum? Cast iron? Large lower hole with bushing or small hole? If the front plate is cast iron, does it have nubs along the circumference?

I'm unsure which though, since I hunted these down while researching the 059, which has an endplate like this:

According to my research of original photos and the P&A Catalog, I believe it is externally just like the 268 gen, solid mounted with the cast iron 1947303 big bearing commutator frame and cast iron 1947307 drive end frame. Apparently the difference is internal with a 1948005 armature and 1936388 field coil, whereas the 268 used armature 1940161 and 1922701 field coil which was the same as used on 043 and 059 gens. The 1102174 gen was identical to the 173 except for the drive end frame which was the same aluminum rubber mounted 1941168 that was used on the 1102115 power steering generators often mistakenly found on Corvettes in place of the correct 1102043.
The mysterious gen is the 1102059, which I found out was used on tractors, and some other industrial equipment.
