Pennsylvania State Inspection

Hello, I am helping a friend restore a 1958 corvette. He has purchased an origional state inspection sticker to place on the windshield. Does anyone know what year Pennsylvania changed the placement of the sticker from the passenger side of the windshield to the driver side. I thought it was
1960, but could be wrong. Thanks as always for your help. John

i dug out picture of my new 1959 chevy and it had the sticker on the driver side so it started before 1960. i am trying to find a picture of my new 1958 chevy.
