I got them out of the Driveline magazine. Does anyone have any experiences with D & M Restoration?

Need good and bad experiences if possible.

They did an excellent job on my 1960 clock, tach and speedometer. Fast turnaround, fair price.

D & M Restoration in South Carolina did a fantastic job on a 58 dash cluster I sent out to them. Reasonably priced, fast turnaround and great communication. I will use them again with no question.

They did an excellent job on the center gauge cluster for my 71. I think the total turn around time from the day I sent it out to them to when I recieved it back was maybe one week (but I am in Atlanta so shipping is only 1 day each way).

Jack,

When you send the cluster for restoration make sure you send them the temp sender that you plan to use. That way the temperature guage needle will read correct.

I just got a clock back for my 74 that was reworked by them. The face now looks great and it runs fine.

They did great work on my 1962 tachometer. They were reasonably priced, and the turnaround was quick. They even called me once for something. Something that they wanted to double check on. Imagine that. They call you.

Same here. They called to verify what to do with the odometer. Whether to reset it or keep the miles as is.

About 7-8 years ago, I sent them my 67 speedometer and tachometer. They came back shortly looking brand new, reasonable price.

Great customer service, they also called me to confirm where to set the odometer.

They also make overlays to go over the smaller gauges, if you want to do that, with instructions how to set the gauges.

They've sold the business within the last 2 years. I would not base any decisions on service prior to then.
