    washer pump

I have a 1970 with the 5-port windshield washer pump and the valve body is cracked. I see I can order a valve repair kit for it, but it does not include the plastic valve body. I can buy the whole pump assembly for 200 $ but dont need the mechanical parts. anyone know where to find just the body?

Justin, it's gonna be real tough to find just the body. I've been looking for years in various places for uncracked bodies for my back-up five ports and have seen only one, I think.

How bad is the crack in the body? I've used epoxy and other glues on bodies when the crack was near the back of the pump (a piece had actually broken off) and it's held after repeated use, so you might try gluing yours together, at least as a temporary solution.

    Good Luck

Thanks!! I will order a rebuild kit and try to epoxy the body as you said, its cracked right where one of the screws goes in, probably froze some time. looks like the previous owner tried to put a bunch of silicone on it but that didnt work. i will let you know how it turns out....
