Does anyone have any info on this meet? I know the dates, but was wondering about the location, schedule, indoor vs outdoor etc. Tx for any replys.

5/19/11 - 5/21/11. I'm assuming it is in the same convention center as the 2004 Regional. If so it is a very nice indoor facility. I'm sure one of the CNJ Chapter Members will add some factual information.

Our Regional will be held at the Wildwoods Convention Center located on the boardwalk facing the Atlantic Ocean in Wildwood, NJ. This is an indoor Meet and the Events begin on Thursday May 19, 2011.
A registration packet will be in the next Driveline.

Terry, that issue was discussed last night, but unfortunately not resolved.
Therefore I can not give you an answer at this time, but I will follow it up this weekend at our Chapter Meet and try to get an answer for you.

There is lots of time left for me, so no rush on a decision. My Corvette is about to go to sleep for the winter, and your event is when it wakes up. Lots of cold time left.

I seem to recall the Sprotsman cars were outside at the last event there.

The plan is allow all sportsman cars in the convention center that wish to be in. However, they must remain in the convention center for the meet.

Thank you Frank. It is usual practice for Sportsman indoor parking for the car to remain. In and out when the cars are inside is just too much of a nuisance, and the fumes can get out of hand.

The Wildwood Regional will be in the same convention center as 2004. Which is a first class facility. Our present plan is to use the 75,000sq ft for all cars including Sportsman. If the attendace for flight judging cars exceeds are expectations, we will be forced to have the Sprotsman outside.
It is not to early to make reservation at the Adventurer Hotel. The room rate for 2 or more nights is $84/night. You need to tell the hotel that you are a member of the NCRS. The phone number for the hotel is 800 232 7873. The next Driveline will have a registration form and all the details of the event. If you have any indivigual questions you can e-mail me.
