1961 FI Unit & Distributor-looking for owner

I recently purchased a 1961 Corvette FI Unit & matching distributor in Santa Rosa, Ca. The unit was taken off by the owner in 1969 and stored on a shelf until now. The car was Roman Red 315HP with black interior and was originally from Santa Rosa, California. The distributor date code is 1C12( March 12,61). I'd like to re-unite this with the original car. Please contact me if you think it may have been your car that it came from (with proof of course). The owner I bought it from did not know the Corvette SN.

I assume it is a 7017320 unit. There is not any way I am aware of to match it to an exact car. If you post the unit model & serial # that would narrow it down but still very "un-scientific." Don H.

Yes it is a 320 unit with correct fuel and air meter. I guess i was thinking that someone might remember buying the car in Santa Rosa, CA and also that the car was Roman Red with Black interior. Also, the distributor is dated 1C15 so the car was probably built in April of 61. After all these years, I guess that's a long shot.
