Roof Panel Removal Tool-Ratchet.

I know I said no more surveys, but..

The Roof Panel Removal Tool for the C4 Coupe apparently came with different markings. The 92-93 and the 94-96 Judging Manuals call for a ratchet that has the word "Corvette" and "To Tighten" on the head of the ratchet and also may have the word "CORVETTE" on the black vinyl on the handle. I have come up original ratchets that do not have these markings are are quite different in the 1995 Coupe. See Attached Photos.
Anyone out there please help and just let me know if you have either one of the two ratchets. CORVETTE or Non-CORVETTE. Please a year and build date if possible for a change over date.

Thanks to Tom Hendricks of Buds Chevrolet for advising a 95 Coupe that they have for sale has the same markings as I described on my Ratchet. No Corvette Markings.

Correct. Just for your info, VIN # 13764, built 4-95 has the same ratchet as in your picture.

Here's another variation. It's an older C4 ratchet. Found it in my desk drawer !!!

Here's another variation with no writing on the mechanism. This one has no rubber on the handle or Corvette logo.

Thanks again to Tom, now all you members have to do is just go out into the garage pull up the cover and look at the ratchet and tell us I have that one. No pictures necessary, unless you have option #4.

Yo Folks, (I am from New Jersey), Tom went to a lot of trouble to give us a selection of ratchets to choose from. Only one other individual took the time to send in his observations. We are trying to adjust the Judging Manuals for the C4's to display the correct ratchet.
Help us out and go out and look. Just pick one and give us a build date so we can attempt to locate a change over date.

Ken, thanks for your response. It seems that the ratchet changed in its markings from 1992 to August 1994 (My Build Date). Trying to get the change over date to correct the Judging Manuals.
