GM Heritage Center

Don't know much about the GM Heritage Center in Sterling Heights, Mich. What is it? Is it funded by GM? Open to public? Does NCRS know if they (GM Heritade Center) had this data all along or is the center just giving an O.K. to another source of the info? Surely, we (NCRS) knows where the info came from. Is this a confidential condition? Just curious.

Please read all of the other posts about this or just check my posts. These records were sent to the NATIB which was a Insurance arm that tracked all cars that were transported form the factory to the dealer. I am not sure if the info came from GM or the insurance co. but if a hauler was stolen they could tell where the cars were going & the SN. THAT'S IT NO MAS
