I don't know of any in North Carolina but Gary Ramadei in Connecticut is not that far away and will do an excellent job for you. You can contact him through the members listing on this board.

There's a guy in Mustang, OK that's been doing 55-64 (56-62 Vette) rears for 40+yrs. NCRS #3491.

Richard there is a gentleman here that does nothing but differentials and transmissions. I would be glad to put you in touch with him if you like.
