Hood Release Cable Bracket Bracket And Bolt
Looking at some final details on my 70 454 before heading to the 10/17 chapter meet at Country Corvette in West Chester Pa. Specifically, can anyone tell me the finish and headmark of the bolt used to secure the hood release cable and clamp to the hood. Also, does that clamp have a rubberized coating? Tx.

*** note --- I never touched these pieces durring the resto, were in excellent shape
The bolt is cadium plated. The retaining clip is cadium plated.
The head mark is "r b w" small letters, and there are 3 dash shapes radiating out from the center of bolt.
I will see if I can get you a picture tomorrow.
