There was a advanced judging school on teak wheels by Freeman. at National . i remember it being a 3 point class. I noticed some people got credit for 3 and some got 2. What was it supposed to be ? Thanks,Steven J...........

I am not sure what it was supposed to be for that session, but some people will not get full credit for a class or school because they have already reached the maximum number of points for that event. For National that number is 15 points, so regardless how many classes or seminars or judging one might do at a national convention 15 points is the maximum that can be earned. If a person reaches that maximum after only two points are earned for that session -- that is the number recorded.

For regionals that maximum number is 7, and for chapter meets the maximum points 3 at a one day event and 5 points maximum at a multiple day event.

I am not sure that is the circumstance that you noticed, but that might be the cause.

Terry is 100 % correct, originally you were assigned as a team judge one of the days and gave that position up for health reasons, you worked that day as an OJ. When your points were entered initially you received 16, the system will only allow 15 so the Freeman school the last entry was docked one point by the system leaving you at 15! Then I was notified by the team leader several weeks later that you worked as an OJ not a team judge, so the individual that worked as the team judge got the points and your daily entry was reduced to OJ. I did not know you were restricted to 15 when I changed you from judge to OJ so I did not go back and search all of your participation. When you sent me the email I went in and changed your judging points for the Freeman school to 3. I thought all was well. Apparently it was not as the system did not override I will make the appropriate contacts to have your school point reinstated. The system is new and quite complicated as there are a lot of variables including entry by multiple people be patient, it will end up corrected.

That explains it. I have been in the hospital for the last 2 months, so i wasn't aware of the problem.
