Two Great Corvette Icons.
Did anybody else hear John Fitch speaking at Carlisle Saturday afternoon ? It was a Great Interview and he had alot to say about Zora. Said that Zora had a strong will & they didn't always agree or see eye to eye on things related to Corvettes. LOL. I'm sure everyone at Chevrolet knew that.

I was fortunate and privileged to be in Le Mans with John and also at Corvettes @ Carlisle a couple of times.
He really is a gentleman and my wife and I could sit and listen to John and his friend Don Klein for hours.
At 93 John is Amazing.

I have seen the SS in Indianapolis museum before and after restoration, lapping the track there and at Monterey, saw it at BG, etc. The sound and seeing the car in motion are pretty exciting. 'Too bad the AMA ban stopped all of the cars that could have been.
