My wife and I will leaving home "the Netherlands" for a two week holiday to the USA,
We think it would be nice to meet some of you NCRS friends, we are visting the following city's
Naperville, Chicago, Indianapolis, Corvette plant/museum,
Naschville, Graceland, Polar bluff, St. Louis, Springfield, Wilmington.

If the Wilmington you are referring to is NC, take highway 133 south to Southport, NC (my hometown). Entering Southport go as far as you can on Howe St. and then turn right. Go three or four blocks and you will be at The Yacht Basin Provision Company. Best burgers, o-rings and peel and eat shrimp on the planet. Oh yeah, lots of cold beer too.

Before we moved to the Lexington, KY area, we lived about a block and a half from the Provision Co.

Twaan, if your schedule permits there's a NCRS Regional Event - Midwest Queen City Regional in Columbus, Ohio at Bob McDorman's Chevrolet on September 9 to 11. Gary....

I've spent a lot of time in Southport and unless you're visiting Oak Island and the southern beaches, Southport is way out of your way. Mark must be thinking about distances by air.

There are two restruarants on the waterfront in downtown Wilmiington that we use for clients (Elijah's and The Pilothouse), and there are a couple over on Wrightsville Beach, which is close by. There are plenty of shrimp, crab, and oyster places all over the City. Let me know when you will be there and I'll see if we can meet. I occaisionally work in Wilmington (I'll be there Tuesday, for example) and my daughter goes to college there, so I'm there quite a bit.

In St. Louis go to Union Blvd. and Natural Bridge Road to see whats left of the old Corvette plant. Go in the daytime it sort of a rough area.....

Hi Twan have fun !
i have been to Graceland last year it was impressive better than i expected it to be , take the full tour

also been to the corvette museum but unfortunatly the factory was closed
