Ralph,
What is the file extension (the part after the . [dot]) of the picture file? Is it .jpg or .btm or what? I always use .jpg and it works for me, but some of the files the NCRS board doesn't like.

When I get your pictures from the Kodak site I right click on the picture and chose "save as" from the box. I then save them as a .jpg which I can post to this board.

if a pic is too big it will not take it. reduce it and try again.
