Rebuilt the power steering control valve (new seals) reassembled per GM parts manual diagram. Adjusted and steers fine. Leads from rear of control valve, leaves puddle after turning engine off. Trying to get ready for Carlisle and this is really getting old. Double, no triple checked how those seals are in and they are....

Sounds like you solved your own problem? That's a great article with good pics. Just make sure the Vee block seal and Annulus seal are facing each other like this [ ] in their respective positions.
Jim Shea might add more tips, he has a great site with more diagrams and info.
