62 Ignition switch wiring

See photos. There are two empty terminals on the back of the switch. There are two pink and one gray wire hanging loose in the area. Do any of these hook up to the switch? Also last night on the way to the local DQ the dash light to the gas/temp gauge went out and both gauges are pegged to the left. fuses look good. What should I look for?

The fuel/temp gauges are powered off the back of the ign switch by a 14 pink , which appears to be the pink hanging.

Roger, in looking at the pictures is it the terminal to the right or left?

On my 62 the larger pink wire goes to the ACC pole of the switch and the smaller pink wire to the ignition pole. Could not find the gray wire connector in that area.
