For judging purposes the chart would need the addition of the "USA", numeric code, and the DOT locations. These are the best clues to determine the reproductions. IMO- Top

The drawing Patrick posted is copyrighted by a vendor. We will need the permission of the copyright owner to use it, and you might want to consider whether you want to give promotional credit to a particular vendor in the TIM&JG.Terry- Top

I am a friend of Kevin Goodman and the patent-copyright attorney that he is referencing in the below email. You should obtain permission from Lectric Ltd for use of the chart. I would think that if they are forward thinking businessmen, they would surely allow NCRS to enter that informative chart into the judging manuals, perhaps modified for further detail as discussed below.
