1962 correct Rocker panel mounting screw

The AIM indicates screw #168495 with a flat spring nut on the back used to secure the face of the rocker panel in the front and rear.

I have been unable to find out exactly what size this screw is.. Is it flat or pan head, length, size, finish, material, etc?

    Any help?

    Thanks,

    Tony

i believe a # 8 chrome counter sunk oval head would do the trick, much like a door panel screw
