P.S Pump Lines and Transm. Cooling Lines

Hello everyone.

I`ve see that Corvette Central has "C" Clips to held the P.S. Pump and the Transmission Lines Together.

Have the 79 they from Factory or not ???
In my Assembly Manual i have see that the P.S. Pump Lines are held together with a Tie Strap.

What is Original ???
Who can Help me Please.

Carlo, the transmission lines did have clips that tie them together and I believe there was a tie strap on the p/strg. hoses,

The clip WAS a factory part on early PS equipped Corvettes. It may not be concours correct for a later, '79, car. Check the descriptive text of your copy of the Judging Guide on this one.

For 1979, no "C" clips were used for either the transmission cooler lines or the power steering pump lines. The power steering pressure and return hoses were fastened together at one point by a plastic (nylon) tie-strap, though.
