    66 Power Window Motor

My window motor is inop when it's hot. When the car is garaged and had a chance to cool down it works great. Any ideas?

Greg, sound like a internal motor problem, but the best way to check is with the panel off door and a test lamp to motor, Check if there is power and a ground source. Power is feed to motor in one direction and the grounds the opposite wire, and is reversed when the other position is selected. and the test should be done when hot, sometimes if you operate the motor up and down a few times it may heat it up.

Greg - I think Edward is on the right track, but before you take the door apart check the PW switch out. Pete
