When you re-install the balancer make sure you do the following:
1) Make sure there are no "burrs" or "dents" in either the ID of the balancer bore or the OD of the crankshaft snout. There must be NO PLACE where the balancer bore or crankshaft snout are effectively increased by even a 0.0001";
2) Use a good balancer installer, the type with a REAL thrust bearing.
