    Should the plate holder be on for judging ? Was it delivered on the vehicle ? Thanks, Jeff

      Yes & Yes. The front "plate holder" was installed on ALL early C3s at St. Louis. It is shown in the AIM which is a good indicator that it was installed at the Corvette Assembly Plant.
