I've owned all generations except C2's and at a show yesterday there were 15 or so '63-'67 models on display. About half had the 'bowtie' in the driver's side outside mirror. For which model year(s) is this correct? There was definitely one on a '63 and a '67, and I'm thinking that is probably not right. Please- C2 experts enlighten me (and others who were with me at the show) on this. Thanks.

63-67 used bowtie mirrors except at approx. vin#10500 on the 67 the bowtie disappeared. -

That being the case, there were definitely a lot of incorrect mirrors on the '63-'66 cars entered. Thanks...Comment

My 48,000 mile '67 (no-hot body with original factory applied lacquer) 140XX does not have the bowtie on it's original mirror.Good carburetion is fuelish hot air . . .Comment
