In search of best vinyl conditioner

Hello out there! I need to know everyone's ideas about the best product or concoction to successfully rehabilitate and condition old, slightly dry 64 Vette vinyl seats.

3M makes an excellent vinyl cleaner and conditioner. Available OTC at many auto supplier stores.
