Correct fuel pressure range?

Can someone help me with what the correct fuel pressure range is on my 89. Haynes says 34-39 .... The manual for the fuel pressure gauge for my year and car says 51-55..... Thanks dwf

Doug, pressures spec.s are key on engine off 40-47psi and engine running pressure should be 31-44 psi. there is a wide variation but as long as your pressure is within those spec.s everything should be okay.
