C4 Inspection Sticker ?

The photo below is from an early C4 distributor coil cover. The HA label is a common inspection sticker which is found on many C4 components including the distributor, gas tank, alternator bracket, etc., etc.

Does anyone know where to get these inspection stickers OR is anyone reproducing them, perhaps for their McClellan cars? Any help will be appreciated.

That should not be very hard to do with Indesign or another desktop publishing program and a laser printer. Word of caution, the label will need to be sealed after printing to keep the type from bleeding

Dick - I have already scanned the label and can print it out on a production laser printer on gum backed stock. This will be no problem and I'm sure it will look and adhere just fine.

THE PROBLEM is that the label designation HA is punched out. Other than trying to cut this out with a razor knife, I am at a loss as to how to do it. The factory inspectors clearly had a hand punch to cut out the label before they stuck them on the Vettes.

Any other ideas??

Looks like it could be cut free hand fairly easily with a sharp hobby knife, as the punch cut looks sorta "rough".
