Weatherstrip glue

What are you guys using that works well? I typically use the 3M 8001 "Monkey Snot" but that stuff is messy and difficult to work with out of a tube. Is there anything in a can with a brush?

Randy,
If you can get a really fresh tube of the 3M weatherstrip cement it will brush easily. I have not bought any lately so I'm not sure they are date coded.

Randy, I used some adhesive for weatherstrips made by the company (Wurth USA) it has a brush and looks like the factory did it. google it and should bring you to there web site.

I think the Wurth can be bought at Home Depot, it does look like pics I have seen on original applications. It's contact cement..
