68 Pittman arm strikes bracket bolt on locked left turn

Noticed an unusually large turning radius on my 68. While poking around under it, I notice that I cannot turn fully left because the Pittman arm strikes a bolt holding the steering damper bracket.
When I first got the car the tie rod ends were in the wrong hole for manual steering, so I moved them aft. Steering effort much better. Don't know if this has anything to do with it.
What is installed wrong?

What is the forging number on the Pitman arm?
