Hello,
I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. As of a week ago my wife an I own a 62 vette (actually its hers!). We have been into classic cars for many years and have a few others now that are not vettes (yes they are Mach 1 Mustangs).
I have been reading this board for the past month or so, and just joined the NCRS. This site has been very helpful in my research.
My first question is, where is the best place to locate "correct" pictures of engine bays and undercarriages. I am looking to start some detailing of those areas and I have found numerous pictures on-line (using top flight in my search), but figured now that I have joined NCRS, there may be a good area for reference pictures.
The car:
* 1962, Ermine White, black top
* 327/340 not original engine, but it is a 62. Everything else matches.
* 4-speed
* An earlier owner did some engine work, and changed a number of things, such as intake, carb, etc, but, the good news is I have boxes of most the original stuff they swapped out plus extras that I am sorting out.
Thanks and glad to be a NCRS member,
Tony
