2002 tire pressure sensors

Does the 2002 have batteries in the tire pressure sensors? My display
shows no pressure plus the tire sensor warning light comes on when
first starting the engine. Just read in Corvette Magazine that the 1999
vette has batteries in the tire pressure sensors and wondering if this could be my problem. On the display, first one tire did not display any pressure,
then over a few months, the rest of them did not show a reading. Had
them reset with the magnet thing once and it only worked for a little while.

Yes, there is a battery in the sensor. Drop me an email and I'll send you an article on how to change them !!
