Help with 1981 Climate Control Panel

My 81 climate control panel works fine except when I move the lever to Vent the air still only comes out of the footwells. The defogger works fine, just can't get air out of the vents on the dash. Any troubleshooting suggestions or similar fixes??

Ciro,I think you have a couple of possiablitys, the vaccum hose is of one of the vaccum operated doors, or one of the doors vaccum actuators isn't working, or the vaccum switch on the control head maybe leaking.

Listen for a vaccum leak in the interior of car with it running, move the switch also and listen to see if theres any hissings when you select the vent mode.
