    Who's getting Judged at Bloomington?

Who can we look forward to seeing getting judged this year at Bloomington? Always a highlight to be able to put a face and a car with a NCRS forum member when we check out the judging field.

It is my understanding the 68/69 Certification judges have been voted the most professional and knowledgeable group by their peers for the last five years in a row. For you ladies, I understand that, accept for John Ballard, they are also very good looking.

The 70-72 judges are a totally different story I hear. I'm just sayin...

Up yours. Before you came around they used to take pictures of the judging teams. You broke the camera.

Do you really want to see that heater hose?

I heard that due to this year's judges, group photos of the 70-72 Team are going to be featured in all of next year's promotional literature for BG. The photo space available in the pamphlets is not wide enough to accomodate the 68-9 Team.

Here fly boy. Try out a real airplane:

Consider the incredible power of the human brain, not just to develop this amazing technology-- but for the ability to sit in the seat, and understand what in the heck all this means-- and WORK IT in proper sequence to accomplish a predetermined purpose!!!

As you move your cursor you can see the whole cockpit from top to bottom.
You can even zoom on the dash.
              Most panoramas are of landscapes.
This 360-degree panorama unlike any other.. It's a picture of an Airbus A380's cockpit. Be sure to go to full screen.

Panorama photographs are becoming increasingly popular on the Net. That's because software is making it easier than ever to create them.
The Airbus A380 is the largest passenger airliner in the world. It can seat more than 850 people. Only a couple of the planes are in service. So, you'll probably have to wait for your first ride. Until then, check out its state-of-the-art controls

First of all...if it ain't a Boeing, it ain't a going. Haven't you heard, Airbus pilots got nothing between their legs. That is a pretty cool shot of Frenchy. I see it has electronic flight bags (not sure what the Acronym is) which is cool. Our Airbus fleet is being retrofitted with them.

Here are a few videos I've made the last couple weeks. Typical summer flying.

Ripping around a tall CU out over the Atlantic from Nassau to Charlotte.

Dodging the lumpy energy from Charlotte to New Orleans.

Drag racing Jet Blue down the jet airway...I'm losing.

We are the launch customer for the Airbus A350. I believe it is currently scheduled to enter service around 2014 so, hopefully, I'll get to fly that before I retire in 2021.

Re: Who's getting Judged at Bloomington?

You know Shooter's original post was about cars getting judged -- NOT who is judging. Maybe we should stick to the original topic.

I know two Illinois NCRS members who are having their 1965s judged, but neither of them frequent this place -- in fact I believe neither are registered here. There are probably other NCRS members having their cars judged, in fact as I look at the list of 1970-72s for Certification I know there are others, but again they do not frequent this place.

Maybe the problem is not that NCRS members are not having their Corvettes judged at BG, but that they don't come here.

                      Ya gotta valid point there.

                      Shooter,

In the 68/69 class there will be some nice cars and some names you will recognize, but, I don't see any frequent TDB posters. There are L71, L89 and L88 cars in the mix as well as a nice 350/350. Please stop by and say hello.
