1960 Door Alignment

Removed my hinges and installed new pins and bushings. Now with the hinges in their old location the door fits terrible. So, starting from scratch has anyone figured this one out before. Must be a trick. I tried keeping everything loose and fitting door with shims then bolt in place. Problem hinge jamb bolts now being loose cannot be tightened till door is open. Open door to tighten these bolts and the door moves out of position. Any suggestions appreciated.

If memory serves me right this is covered in the S-12. Did you mark the hinges before you took them apart. I've done this in the past and it can be a pain.
