1964 vette 2818 holley fuel inlet fitting treads stripped on the carb body, so I can't tighten the fighting into the carb body. Does anyone know if this can be fixed or do I need to find a replacement part?

You might try Holley's web site to see if they sell any repair kits like that. I once bought a carburetor from a junkyard for parts and it looked like it had had some kind of fix made to the stripped out threads, but I couldn't tell if it was some kind of purchased item or bubba had done it.- Top
